maintenance cleaning
Weekly: $0.08 per sq.ft.
Bi-Weekly: $0.10 per sq.ft.
Monthly: $0.15 per sq.ft.
*This pricing is for clients who rebook after their initial clean within 6 weeks.
Deep Cleaning: Starting at $0.22 per sq.ft.
This includes maintenance cleaning plus wiping down cabinets, baseboards, walls, etc.
Vacant move in/out
Starting at : $0.20 per sq.ft.
2 Area cleaning: sTarting at $100
i.e. kitchen & bathroom or bathroom & bedroom, etc.
- deep clean & vacant move in/out services upon consultation
- Maximum of 7 hours per service unless discussed during consultation
- Additional feels may apply based on contributing factors
(ie: multiple pets, kitchens, etc)
- To be fair to my waiting list: 3 cancellations/reschedules/inability to access property on scheduled date (or a combination of the three) will result in cancellation of services

Get to know me!
- I was born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania.
- I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Special Education.
- I moved to Tennessee in the summer of 2013 & fell in love with East Tennessee!
- I taught as a Special Education teacher for Knox County Schools for 9 years.
- I've waitressed at your favorite Fountain City burger spot.
- I have a German Shepherd, Tank, who I love and adore & a Boykin Spaniel, Archie, who is the wild child.
Even with two dogs and two full time jobs, I love to have a clean and cozy place to relax, so I understand the importance of a clean space to come home too. That's where I come in!
I want to be able to help busy, working individuals and families get hours of their time back, by taking the burden of cleaning, off their plate. I find cleaning therapeutic, relaxing, and rewarding. I love to help, serve, and clean! I'm excited to grow this business in the city I LOVE.
